"I thank You God for most this amazing day: for the leaping greenly spirits of trees and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything which is natural which is infinite which is yes"
--e.e. cummings
I am a writer, artist, gardener and wounded healer with a special interest in the natural world, the re-enchantment of design, and healthy, fabulous food. My home is my garden and workshop, and I use my travels as inspiration. I enjoy stepping off the beaten path to discover the unexpected and to re-connect with the awesome power of Nature to rejuvenate my soul.

it is so strange all over. at the end of last week we had 2 light snowfalls, then 4 days of sunny weather, up to 71 on mon and tues! now we are back to our normail rainy and cool april. on that warm tues (when we were actually HOT in the sunshine), we bought annuals for our hanging baskets and courtyard pots, but i don't know when we should plant them and put them out!
anyone lived in a pretty how town. Poetry and gardens. nice. (no snow where I'm at though)
