Purple Trillium, Trillium erectum, blooms here May - June in rich woods and is about 20 - 40 cm tall.

Wild oats or Bellwort, Uvularia ?grandiflora, 20 cm tall, grows in woods and thickets. I find it in bloom here May - June along my laneway.

Jack-in-the-pulpit, Arisaema triphyllum, 30 - 90 cm tall, blooms here May-June in damp woods.

Toothwort, Dentaria diphylla, a spring flower of moist woodlands, 20-40 cm tall.
