how to move a garden in the middle of winter

Oh, I know it can't be done. I am trying to make a list of the most precious plants I would like to come back for when the ground is no longer frozen...I don't really want to dig up everything I planted...in the hopes that whoever lives here when I'm gone might enjoy some of what I planted while I was here.

This was definitely not well planned from a gardening point of view, was it? Ah well, although there were vibrations that were making me sad, I didn't realize I was going to make this decision to move-- in the middle of winter. I know, I'm totally mad!
